Can my child stop their club membership during the season?

No. It will be at the discretion of the club to release any athlete.

What if my child is injured during pratice or a tournament?

The member’s own personal insurance is considered the primary carrier in an event of an accident/injury.

As a registered member of USA Volleyball, USA Volleyball provides minimal accident insurance coverage. This insurance is secondary coverage with a deductible.

If an accident should occur, paperwork will be provided to the member, but Molten Volleyball Club/Molten Sports, LLC, USAV Arizona Region, nor Gilbert Public Schools will be involved further with the claim.
